Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) masaya365 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. masaya365 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect multiple accounts. Upon detection, masaya365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

You may close your masaya365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure, following the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements, will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. masaya365 reserves the right to withhold account closure until any ongoing KYC review, investigation, or pending transaction has been resolved.
masaya365 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. masaya365 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or international payment methods.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may require 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. masaya365 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. masaya365 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws in the Philippines and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by masaya365 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these General Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. masaya365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds credited to your masaya365 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×25) applied to the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms, typically 30 calendar days from bonus credit. Unused bonus balances expire automatically at the end of the qualifying period.
masaya365 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; wagering in a manner designed to fulfil requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging bets across outcomes); providing false information to obtain a bonus; and colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, masaya365 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account.
All games available on the masaya365 platform operate according to their published rules and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming technology from licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance (in the case of RNG games) or by real-world events (in the case of live casino games and sports betting). masaya365 publishes certified Return to Player (RTP) figures for all games in the casino lobby.
In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or game error that results in an interrupted or voided game round, the affected wager will be refunded to your masaya365 account balance. masaya365 reserves the right to void game results in circumstances where a game malfunction or data integrity issue has been confirmed by the relevant game provider.

All content on the masaya365 platform — including but not limited to the masaya365 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of masaya365 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any masaya365 content without prior written consent from masaya365.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, masaya365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, maintenance downtime, or service interruptions.
masaya365's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation shall not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
masaya365 collects, processes, and retains player personal data in accordance with the masaya365 Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to masaya365's collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the masaya365 platform shall first be submitted to masaya365's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through masaya365's internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any matter not resolved by the foregoing procedures.

Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
